My love for this ruffle blouse is beyond amazing. As soon as I wore it on it's like love at first sight (HA)! The best thing it's under $20! so hurry and get it while you can before it sells out. My favorite about it is I can definitely wear it again and again and again. One thing I love the ruffle because it's very flowy and lightweight. I'm also not over the white and neutrals just yet..
